About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer II to join our Security Intelligence team at lululemon Athletica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, maturing, and driving our Security Information product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical leadership for product(s) delivered by your team
  • Contribute to all areas of development and operations (pre-production to production)
  • Plan and discover tools and practices associated with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
  • Work closely with Staff Engineers to promote platform-level change
  • Take production readiness and performance personally and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in on-call support rotations and provide an escalation point
  • Monitor key metrics, report on trends, and make improvement recommendations
  • Facilitate an Engineering Community of Practice for your product(s)
  • Contribute to engineering automation, management, or development of production-level systems
Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor's degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Software Architecture
  • Eight+ years of engineering experience
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work quickly with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space
  • Advanced understanding of security-related technologies (SIEM, SOAR, Data Security Pipelines & Integrations)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD & product development principles and best-practices
  • Experience working with ticketing & demand management software such as JIRA, Splunk, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Experience developing solutions for Cyber/Security focused retailers and/or similar relevant domains such as luxury retail, QSR, or Digital/eCommerce
