We are seeking a skilled Certified Hand Therapist to join our Rehab Department, providing expert hand therapy and occupational or physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient/client evaluation, consultation, and treatment using broad guidelines, requiring a high degree of autonomy and innovation in decision-making.
- Provide therapy services to inpatients, outpatients, SBS, and home health patients/residents with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Therapy program required; Master's degree in OT or Doctorate Degree in PT preferred.
- Current license in the state of Wisconsin in good standing.
- Minimum of three years' experience in therapy area of specialty required and five years of Hand and Upper Extremity experience preferred.
- Hand Therapy Certification (CHT) from Hand Therapy Certification Commission Preferred or on track for completion.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
