Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

CRi is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality services to individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

About the Role:

The BCBA will be responsible for providing behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or mental illness. This is a high-intensity day program that requires the ability to work with individuals who have complex support needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for adults with intellectual disabilities.
  • Provide training to staff on program and consumer-specific topics.
  • Analyze behavior data and prepare quarterly reports for IDT meetings.
  • Attend local human rights and behavior management committees to present quarterly reports.
  • Complete all behavioral and clinical documentation as required by CR, licensure, and other regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in a related human services field.
  • Two years of experience in intellectual disability, behavior management, and/or therapeutic consultation.
  • Knowledge of functional assessments and experience in developing behavior plans.
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst, or eligible for subsequent certification, or Endorsed Positive Behavioral Supports Facilitator (Virginia).
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
