The ideal candidate for the activities role will be energetic, passionate, and innovative. This position involves direct interaction with our residents, requiring a gentle, responsible, and diligent approach. POSITION PURPOSE:
The Activities Leader role is focused on delivering personalized activity care and services for residents. This position operates as both a team member within the activities department and as part of an interdisciplinary team for assigned units, fostering collective success.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous work or life experience, ideally in a healthcare environment.
- Experience with relevant software applications is preferred.
- Ability to plan, organize, and lead a variety of activities.
- Basic computer skills and literacy.
- A valid state driver's license is required.
