Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner.
  • Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Direct customers to racks and counters.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Manage financial transactions at the point of sale.
  • Alert management of potential security issues.
  • Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Assist with creating engaging product displays and floorsets.
  • Keep management informed of customer feedback and process improvement suggestions.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Customer service experience, retail preferred but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills both written and verbal, Fluent in English.
  • Punctuality, time management and good attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and follow instruction or direction from Team Leads and Management.
  • Ability to perform repetitive or continuous physical demands: standing, for long periods of time up 8 - 10 hours, walking, sitting, use of hands and fingers, grasping, reaching/overhead, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, stretching, pulling, pushing, using ladders, and frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility and dependability is required and must be willing to work overtime, second shift, weekends, and holidays to support store needs.
