  • Managing front desk operations, including answering calls and assisting members
  • Collaborating closely with certified practitioners to guide new clients through their initial assisted stretch

  • Following up with potential clients
  • Addressing member concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for resolution
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the studio
