About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our team at Fat Calf Brasserie. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary food items, supplies, and equipment.
  • Assist with food preparation, including shopping, butchering, and sauce preparation.
  • Process prepared foods for service using various cooking methods and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including tables, shelves, and equipment.

Requirements
