Catering Specialist Job Description

The Catering Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the success of our catering operations. This role requires strong communication and guest service skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver catering orders to our guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all catering orders are accurate and meet our high standards.
  • Work closely with our culinary team to prepare and assemble catering orders.
  • Provide excellent guest service and ensure that our guests have a positive experience with our catering services.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred (college a plus).
  • Operating FOH System (Aloha) experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required.
