Salesforce / ATS Developer and Support Specialist

As a Salesforce / ATS Developer and Support Specialist at Premier Healthcare Holdings Inc. (PHHI), you will play a crucial role in managing our Front-Office Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and associated technologies. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise to optimize our systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support the Front Office ATS, ensuring its optimal performance and availability.
Analyze, design, and oversee any and all enhancements, changes, projects, and ensure seamless execution.
Configure and customize ATS settings to meet organizational requirements and user needs.
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to address issues promptly.
APIs and Integrations
Manage and support APIs and integrations between the ATS and other internal and external systems (e.g., CRM, HRIS, job boards).
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement and troubleshoot integrations.
Ensure data integrity and seamless flow between systems, addressing integration issues as they arise.
Technical Support
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding ATS functionality and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, integrations, and standard operating procedures.
Analytics and Reporting
Analyze system performance and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
Generate and review reports to ensure data accuracy and provide insights into system utilization and efficiency.
Project Management
Lead or participate in projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, or new technology implementations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Compliance and Security
Ensure that the ATS and associated technologies comply with company policies, industry regulations, and security standards.
Monitor and address potential security vulnerabilities and data privacy concerns.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Implement best practices for system administration and integration.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on Salesforce/ATS and related technologies. Experience within the staffing industry.
Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and integration technologies. Experience with data and database management.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide clear documentation.
