We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Strong technical skills, including Windows, Linux, and MacOS
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
