We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Design Engineer to join our team. As a key contributor to our product success, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive and improve our capabilities in system and silicon validation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead system and silicon validation strategies to ensure the highest quality and industry-leading technologies.
  • Collaborate with Silicon design, Platform Design, Software, and Validation teams to identify high-priority silicon features and develop test plans.
  • Drive technical innovation to improve our capabilities across validation, including tool and script development, methodology enhancement, and internal and cross-functional technical initiatives.
  • Debug issues found during the process, bring-up, validation, and production phases of SOC programs.
  • Work with multiple teams to ensure all features are validated and optimized on time.
  • Engage in software and hardware modeling frameworks and lead collaborative approaches with multiple teams.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience leading computer system and/or silicon validation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail-oriented work.
  • Self-motivated and able to drive tasks to completion independently.
  • Programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Ruby, VB, C+/C++, PowerShell Scripting).
  • Extensive experience with common lab equipment, including protocol/logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of system architecture, technical debug, and validation strategy.
Preferred Experience
  • Debug techniques and methodologies.
  • Extensive experience with board/platform-level debug, including delivery, sequencing, analysis, and optimization.
Academic Credentials
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
