- Litter Removal: Regularly patrol the property to collect and dispose of litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas and walkways.
- Trash Collection: Empty and clean trash receptacles located throughout the property, ensuring proper disposal and sanitation.
- Sidewalk and Parking Lot Maintenance: Sweep sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots to remove debris and maintain cleanliness.
- Light Maintenance Tasks: Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
- Pool and Recreational Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain pool areas, recreational facilities, and outdoor amenities to ensure they are safe and inviting for residents.
- Seasonal Tasks: Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf blowing, and seasonal decorations.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage to management promptly.

- Experience: Previous experience as groundskeeper, landscaping, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power washers.
- Physical Demands: Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
- Flexibility: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability: Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
