Job Title: Clinician IV - AOP

Job Summary:

Colonial Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinician IV to join our Adult Outpatient department. As a Clinician IV, you will provide direct therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups with co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health or developmental disability issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and service planning for individuals with co-occurring disorders.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recovery-oriented treatment plans according to agency guidelines.
  • Work with service members, veterans, and their families to provide face-to-face or telehealth services.
  • Collaborate with other staff and community agencies to coordinate services and referrals.
  • Prepare documentation, including report writing and timely recording in health information records.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a human services field.
  • Valid license from the Board of Counseling or the Board of Social Work (LPC, LCSW, LCP, LMFT, or LSATP).
  • One year of work experience with individuals with serious mental health and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to maintain an objective, professional, and calm relationship with individuals and groups in a stressful situation.
