We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Los Robles Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our emergency department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health literacy and self-management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Valid Registered Nurse California License, required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED, required.
- 2 years clinical experience in Emergency, required.
- Leadership or management experience, preferred.
- Certification applicable to clinical area, preferred.
