A Social Worker is responsible for taking a lead role in coordinating with community agencies to address abuse, neglect, substance abuse, mental health, or adoption, linking to financial resources, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with healthcare teams to ensure efficient care of inpatients
- Coordinate with community agencies to address various social issues
- Link patients to financial resources and other support services
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work required
- 2-4 years of Social Work experience required
- Recent Social Work experience in Medical Social Work is preferred
- LCSW-C - Certified Clinical Social Worker required
