Job Summary

This position is part of the Advanced Development Program (ADP), also known as the historic Skunk Works, in Palmdale, CA. We are seeking a world-class Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to the creation of advanced aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concurrently handle multiple and widely varying assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Engage professionally and effectively with senior management and customers.
  • Meet deadlines and execute to a strict timeline.
Requirements
  • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) design experience.
  • Systems Engineering Architecture development using SysML with CAMEO.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related Engineering discipline, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
  • Final Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills
  • Ability to work with different engineering disciplines to derive and decompose requirements.
  • Experience functioning in a digital engineering environment (i.e., MBSE and digital twin).
  • Work experience with operational modeling tools.
  • Experience using software tools (such as MS Excel, JIRA, and Access).
  • Good written and verbal communication with experience in writing requirements.
