Position Overview:
JobsRUs is looking for a dedicated Sterilization Technician to support our client's operations in Gainesville, GA.

Compensation:
Hourly rate of $20.00

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to established protocols while working under close supervision to execute essential unit operations that facilitate production.
  • Conduct routine tasks related to the preparation of equipment and glassware.
  • Prepare and sterilize equipment necessary for tissue culture production.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all operations performed.

This role requires minimal prior skills, and detailed instructions will be provided for all tasks.


Required Skills:
  • Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs over a distance of 50 ft.
  • Collaborative mindset to share workload and responsibilities with team members.
  • Strong team player who works effectively with others.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and operate in a sterile production environment.
  • Willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
  • Regular attendance is essential.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate upcoming tasks.
  • Ability to perform well under time constraints.

Work Schedule:
Monday: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Tuesday: 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Thursday: 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
