Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 6 months of acute dialysis experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
