Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage design and production work for the Workplace team alongside Studio Directors
  • Participate in leadership strategies for the studio with a growth mindset
  • Mentor architectural staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Serve as the client's primary point of contact for strategic projects
  • Coordinate with team members, engineers, and consultants in a timely fashion
  • Quality Control drawings in Bluebeam and Bluebeam Studio Sessions
  • Oversee project budgets
  • Guide staff in the review of technical and code matters
  • Create and maintain project management documentation plans and weekly work plans with the project architect
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an NAAB-accredited institution
  • 10+ years of professional architecture experience, ideally in Workplace project types
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering a culture of mentorship and apprenticeship within the team
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the implications of design on BOMA or other square footage calculations
  • Professional licensure or working towards licensure
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred
  • Desire to work collaboratively with team members in a constructive and engaged manner
  • Experience managing/mentoring staff
  • Willingness to travel for regional projects
