Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager Trainee at ADI Management. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who aspire to build a successful career in account management and sales.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with our Senior Account Managers and Sales Team to develop strong relationships with clients, acquire new accounts, and expand market reach. Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with business prospects to deliver presentations and build customer relationships
  • Educating potential buyers on products, promotions, and services
  • Assisting clients in acquiring new accounts and expanding markets
  • Training with Senior Account Managers to gain knowledge of marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and sales team goals
  • Negotiating contracts with clients to identify their concerns and upsell products or services
  • Attending conference calls and participating in training workshops to stay updated on sales progress
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure client needs are met
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • In-progress or Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 0-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or leadership roles (preferred)
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to develop leadership qualities
  • An ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Reliable transportation to our location

Compensation
