Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Skills: Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements, innovation initiatives, and implementing offshoring strategies with a global workforce. Strong understanding of operational processes, including process optimization, quality management, and project management methodologies. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of relevant technologies, digital transformation, and data analytics. Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
What We Offer

Emerald Resource Group offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
