REPORTS TO: Principal
LOCATION: Not specified
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:15 am - 3:15 pm; full-year position with designated breaks and personal time
SALARY: Starting at $65,000 annually

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver a robust curriculum while tailoring instruction to accommodate each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
- Utilize a variety of assistive technologies to meet the diverse educational needs of students.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow educators in a team-oriented approach.
- Oversee and mentor classroom aides and one-on-one support staff.
- Engage with families to foster a supportive educational experience for students.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree required; NJ Certification as a Teacher of Students with Disabilities or Teacher of the Handicapped is necessary. Previous experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
