Spectrum 360 is seeking a skilled Culinary Instructor to join our team. As a Culinary Instructor, you will be responsible for implementing the goals and objectives of our after-hours and weekend culinary program.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that promote active learning and adapt to the needs of each student.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters personal growth and development.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administration to ensure a positive and productive learning experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in culinary education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students.

Qualifications:

• New Jersey DOE substitute certification/eligibility required.
• Formal culinary school education or a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the food service area.
• Demonstrate knowledge of effective teaching methods and classroom management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
