Wamesit Lanes Floor Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Floor Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our facility, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction in all areas of the facility.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Enforce safety practices, regulations, and policies.
  • Contribute to the overall success of Wamesit Lanes by actively participating in team meetings and offering innovative ideas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience supervising in a restaurant or bowling center.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Minimum age of 21 years old.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must have effective problem-solving and time management skills.
