As a Porter and Janitorial Services Professional, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties, ensuring a safe and beautiful environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, common areas, and restrooms, including mopping, sweeping, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors, dusting, vacuuming, and garbage removal.
- Perform light maintenance tasks as assigned, including minor repairs and preventative activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct general upkeep of buildings and grounds, including snow removal and landscaping.
- Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition, ensuring they are in good working order and well-stocked.
- Participate in special projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.
- 1-2 years of prior experience in janitor, cleaner, or porter roles.
- Reliability and experience working with cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to work as a team player with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Light maintenance knowledge is a plus.
