Job Overview

The Fitness Equation is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Childcare Manager to support the Kidz Gym Director and work collaboratively with the Kidz Gym staff.

We are committed to providing a positive and engaging environment for our members, focusing on exceptional member experiences and safe facilities. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in a daycare/childcare setting, with excellent communication skills and the ability to make children feel secure.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional attitude and focus on member satisfaction at all times, interacting with children in a positive and age-appropriate manner.
  • Promote cleanliness and ensure the Kidz Gym area is safely and appropriately maintained.
  • Assist and supervise children during all activities, including recreational and educational programs such as games, drawing, handicrafts, and reading.
  • Organize and participate in program development, preparing materials and communicating effectively with parents.

With a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, we offer opportunities for advancement based on performance. As part of our benefits package, employees receive free membership, management training, and education assistance up to $500 per year.
