About the Role

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation. As a Dishwasher - Kitchen Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glasses are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scrap, Scrub, Spray, Wash, Sanitize: Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glasses to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly at all times.
  • Prep Work: Complete all assigned prep work, following recipes exactly as written.
  • Setup and Maintenance: Set up workstation, clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after shift, and complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
  • Support Other Stations: Aid with putting away deliveries and assist other stations on the line as needed.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to navigate throughout the restaurant, move and grasp items up to five pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, bend and stoop, and have adequate vision to discern cleanliness throughout the restaurant and operate a touchscreen.
  • Communication Skills: Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
