Job Title: Plumbing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team at OneH2, Inc. in Clover, SC.

About the Job

As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for producing, testing, installing, and documenting high-pressure stainless steel gas movement tubes. The tube components are used on our hydrogen production and distribution equipment. Precision measuring, cutting, and bending on precision stainless steel tubing is required. Installing specialty stainless steel fittings on the tubing is also required. The stainless steel tubing components are used on hydrogen fuel delivery systems, pumps, and various valve technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and sketches to produce high-pressure stainless steel gas movement tubes.
  • Use precision tubing benders, tubing cutters, and specialty pipe threading machines for forming precision stainless steel tubing.
  • Maintain production pace with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a clean laboratory-type working environment at all times.
  • Work with low, medium, and high-pressure testing apparatus, including nitrogen media.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in high-pressure stainless steel tube manufacturing.
  • Strong precision measuring and layout skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong 3-D visualization skills.

Please note that all employees must undergo and pass a drug screening and background check prior to employment. This is an hourly position based on experience and can be discussed during the interview process. Must be able to commute daily to/from Clover, SC.
