We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at I & MJ Gross Company Inc. This role will involve performing day-to-day preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our residential apartment buildings.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in an on-call and weekend rotation to ensure timely responses to maintenance requests.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct a wide range of preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our buildings.
  • Respond promptly to work orders and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare vacant suites for presentation and ensure a high level of quality for move-ins.
  • Maintain the interior and exterior of our buildings, including grounds upkeep.
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, appliances, and HVAC systems.
