About the Role

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional patient experience and support our team in Orlando, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and verify customer information upon each visit.
  • Build rapport with patients, remembering their names, interests, and stories.
  • Address patient concerns, respect boundaries, and provide support and compassion.
  • Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.
