  • Load and unload products according to company policies and procedures
  • Review invoices for completeness and accuracy
  • Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability
  • Develop leads and prospects, and solicit new business
  • Assist the sales organization with procurement of new business
  • Communicate services, policies, and pricing methods to customers
  • Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license
  • Excellent driving record and customer service experience
  • Strong math and basic computer skills
  • Demonstrated experience selling services and generating new business
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

Working Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with irregular and long hours. You must be able to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and maneuver 50 pounds or more. You will also be exposed to varying weather conditions.

Education and Certifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license

Location

This role is based in Springfield, MO.
