About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Equipment Specialist to join our team at ADECCO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the daily set-up and operation of manufacturing machines.

In this role, you will work closely with our production team to ensure that all safety and quality standards are consistently met within a manufacturing environment.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.

About the Salary

The salary for this position is $16.50-$21.00 per hour, plus benefits.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Basic computer skills (windows-based software)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take direction and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical skills as it relates to machinery and ability to troubleshoot
  • Ability to demonstrate strong operating knowledge of manufacturing equipment
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with arms
  • Demonstrated hand/eye coordination
