Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Shop Supervisor to join our team at GATR Truck Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our body shop, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and repair procedures, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, coordinating with customers and insurance companies, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective repair operations
  • Conduct estimates and repair orders, and communicate with customers and insurance companies as necessary
  • Coordinate and supervise the workflow through the body shop, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the body shop
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of needed parts and services
Requirements
  • AdjustRite estimating experience is a plus
  • Experience in estimating office/body shop setting
  • Experience in working with insurance companies
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a strong work ethic
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • CDL certification preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Ability to document/communicate effectively
