Job Summary: Penske is seeking a Body Shop Supervisor to manage and motivate staff, oversee body shop operations, and perform repairs and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of body shop management experience, strong customer relation and communication skills, and proficiency in the use of tools and equipment. They will also be responsible for coordinating daily work duties, delegating shop responsibilities, and holding staff accountable. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of body shop maintenance operations, be able to work safely at heights, and have basic computer skills. They will also be required to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by Penske management. The associate must be able to perform all work adhering to DOT, OSHA, and all Penske safety and maintenance policies. They will also be required to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
