Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finishing Production Associate to join our team at Adornus. As a key member of the Finishing Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload finishing equipment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of materials
  • Monitor and maintain the daily working condition of finishing machines, including thorough cleaning and maintenance
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure product quality and meet production schedules
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance during system color changes
  • Minimize waste and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on finishing equipment, following established SOPs
  • Participate in daily housekeeping activities, adhering to 6S principles
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or apprenticeship preferred
  • Previous production operator experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience monitoring quality of finished goods in high volumes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment with strong attention to detail
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work well with others
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions
Working Conditions

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to chemicals and electrical shock. The noise level is moderate to loud.
