About the Role

As a Recruiter at NVR, you will work closely with operation HR Business Partners and internal leaders to understand hiring needs and inform go-to-market strategies. You will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment across our Operations, including Homebuilding and Mortgage. Your goal will be to evaluate and present qualified candidates, monitor recruitment market trends, and devise strategies to attract top talent.

  • Strategically source high-quality candidates to ensure strong candidate pipelines using tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate talent and make recommendations to Hiring Managers
  • Partner with operation HR Business Partner and internal leaders to understand hiring needs and inform go-to-market strategy
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data is maintained throughout the recruitment process
  • Support and guide candidates through the offer, background, and onboarding processes prior to their first day
About You

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter who has:

  • 2-5 years working in recruiting
  • Persuasive communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to project manage and prioritize in a high-volume recruitment environment
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
