Key Responsibilities

  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Accept responsibility for general housekeeping duties of the classroom, ensuring a tidy and well-maintained space for children to learn and play.
  • Professional Development: Attend all required staff meetings, workshops, and school functions, maintaining a commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
  • Personal Appearance: Maintain a professional personal appearance, adhering to our school's dress code and standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Must meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agencies, with previous teaching or assistant teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
  • Desired Qualifications: A 2 or 4-year degree in early childhood or a related field is preferred.
