Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, including material handlers, front-end loaders, forklifts, and other machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Diagnose problems using computerized tools and repair or replace defective parts as needed.
  • Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan.
  • Test repaired equipment and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Disassemble and reassemble equipment for repairs and maintenance.
  • Install new parts and consult operating manuals and blueprints as required.
  • Maintain accurate equipment repair logs.
Requirements

5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair is preferred. Electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic experience is also highly desirable.
