Key Responsibilities:
Train and supervise food preparation and service staff to ensure high-quality food and service standards.
Participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Record production, operational, and personnel data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Recommend measures to improve work procedures and worker performance to enhance service quality and job safety.
Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll processing.
Conduct supervisory activities, such as creating work schedules and organizing employee time sheets.
Perform food preparation and serving duties, such as carving meat and preparing flambe dishes.
Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in food service management or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
