We are in search of a skilled Lead Superintendent to manage the daily field operations for a variety of construction projects. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing personnel, developing construction timelines, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring project excellence, and upholding safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Construction to create and refine construction schedules
  • Ensure compliance with temporary construction facilities and dust control plans
  • Oversee the management of subcontractors and the delivery of supplies
  • Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and ensure adherence to building and municipal regulations
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and daily logs
  • Facilitate the completion of punch lists, the closeout process, and acceptance by the Owner

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in a commercial or multi-family environment
  • A degree in Construction Management is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, along with proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Procore
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • OSHA 10-hour certification and familiarity with safety protocols
  • Willingness to travel and undergo background checks and drug screenings
