Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare and present price quotes to customers, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Product Sourcing: Source products and materials to meet customer demands, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Outside Sales Support: Collaborate with outside sales teams to provide product information, pricing, and sales support.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the industrial distribution industry, with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
