Job Overview

Position Summary: The Branch Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the branch, acting as a versatile leader in various managerial and administrative tasks. This position is pivotal in organizing, planning, and facilitating the branch's operations through effective communication, support, and training of staff.


Key Responsibilities: This role is classified as safety-sensitive, and all duties must be executed in compliance with the company's safety standards and protocols.

• Serve as the primary support for the Branch Manager, taking on their responsibilities during their absence.

• Manage accounts related to customer bill payments and pre-payments.

• Process and verify all store purchase orders alongside relevant sales documentation.

• Supervise all direct tile purchase orders associated with the branch.

• Coordinate the shipping and receiving of all transfer shipments linked to the branch.

• Oversee driver trip reports and equipment inventory as required by corporate.

• Handle all cash reporting and banking activities as part of daily operations.

• Take an active role in training and mentoring new team members.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Skills:


• Capability to execute all job functions safely and efficiently in line with safety policies.

• Must be able to utilize all necessary personal protective equipment when required.

• Proficient in working at a computer for extended periods, primarily in a seated position.

• Strong communication skills, customer-focused approach, collaborative mindset, creative problem-solving abilities, and high integrity.

• Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, crawl, and reach.

• Capacity to lift up to 10 pounds frequently, 25 pounds occasionally, and up to 50 pounds on rare occasions.

• Exposure to various materials, fumes, odors, loud noises, chemicals, and dust may occur during the workday.
