Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $68,200 and $99,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, including hydraulic systems, HVAC, low- and high-pressure-pumps, open and closed loop piping systems, and PLC's.
  • Managing a team of maintenance staff, including delegating tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborating with Plant Director and Department Supervisors to ensure successful accomplishment of the site's production needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years of experience with a demonstrated understanding of manufacturing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience with computer maintenance management systems.
  • Arc flash, HAZWOPER, and forklift operator's certifications, or the ability to obtain the certifications.
  • Certificates or licenses in electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, boilers, or PLC Controls are preferred.
