Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via phone and email in a dynamic and complex environment

- Proactively follow up on overdue invoices through various communication channels

- Independently reconcile complex accounts and assist in resolving customer disputes by coordinating with multiple departments regarding invoices and payments

- Utilize advanced organizational and communication skills to prioritize and resolve customer issues effectively

- Conduct daily and monthly account reconciliations using spreadsheets, including daily cash logs

- Process payments received via credit cards in collaboration with the centralized cash application team

- Review and issue refunds for duplicate or erroneous payments

- Generate weekly aging reports and prioritize accounts based on overdue status

- Assess accounts for credit releases and negotiate payment arrangements

- Provide training to new team members on daily operations

- Perform additional duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

What We Seek:
- Must be at least 18 years old

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- A minimum of 6 months of collections experience or 1 year of customer service experience is preferred

- Ability to maintain focus on phone calls throughout the shift with minimal distractions

- Proficient in technology with the capability to navigate multiple systems while delivering top-tier customer service

- Strong ability to interpret a continuous flow of information

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Reliable attendance to meet customer needs
