The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate banking, with a proven track record of minimizing credit losses and ensuring returns match risk. They will work closely with our team to develop strategies, negotiate transactions, and document agreements.
This role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate charge-off and non-accrual forecasts, as well as adhering to periodic reporting and annual reviews.
We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $185,000 per year, based on experience.
