**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Material Handler to join our team at the Hand2Mind Distribution Center in Vernon Hills, Illinois. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, including order picking, replenishing, and shipping activities.

**Responsibilities:**

* Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
* Fulfill order picking tasks, utilizing RF scanners and accurately selecting products according to location, product code, lot number, and quantity requested
* Replenish locations with finished product as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements
* Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Ability to interpret and communicate instructions in English; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
* Flexible to work weekends and extended periods of time when needed
* Forklift certification or ability to be certified to operate powered equipment
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Basic math skills
* Strong initiative, good organizational skills, and excellent time management
