Physical Therapist Opportunity at CenterWell

We are currently seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Home Health Physical Therapist with CenterWell, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $58,400 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, 401(k) retirement savings plan, employee assistance program, business travel accident insurance, and more.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist with CenterWell, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical strengths and abilities, developing and implementing evidence-based physical therapy interventions, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

  • Evaluate patients' physical function and mobility to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement tailored physical therapy programs to address specific patient needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advances in physical therapy.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA)
  • Minimum one year physical therapy experience preferred
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required
