Deer Meadows Rehabilitation and Nursing is a family of skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers. We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

About the Role

As an RN Supervisor at Deer Meadows, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Prepare and administer medications as prescribed, and record adverse reactions in accordance with policy.
  • Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret electronic displays.
  • Provide bedside care for medical patients, including pre- and post-surgery patients.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Virginia RN license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • An Associate degree or higher.
