About the RoleThis is a full-time position at our Froedtert Germantown Health Center location in Germantown, WI. The Family Medicine practice is known for its collegial, collaborative, and consultative approach, with exceptional support staff. You will have the autonomy to provide high-quality patient care while benefiting from the resources and expertise of a large hospital system and an academic affiliation with the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Requirements- For Nurse Practitioners: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred. A masters degree in nursing is required, and certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing is required. Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) is also required.
- For Physician Assistants: A bachelor's degree in physician assistant studies is required, and current State certification as a PA is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent is required upon hire.
