raSmith is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our Transportation Services division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing transportation projects, developing and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of transportation professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the transportation sector.
  • Manage transportation projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-consultants, and project team members.
  • Lead a team of transportation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the Transportation Services division.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years' progressive experience in WisDOT and local government transportation engineering, including a minimum of two (2) years of project management and business development experience.
  • A professional engineering license from the State of Wisconsin is required.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.
  • Applicable U.S. based work experience.
